Tuber is chef Umberto Bombana's restaurant devoted to truffles, on the first floor of K11 Musea on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. Bombana, the chef behind three-Michelin-star 8½ Otto e Mezzo, oversees the menu, while executive chef Keith Yam, who has cooked alongside him for more than 20 years, leads the kitchen. Tuber holds one star in the 2026 Michelin Guide Hong Kong.
The format is a seasonal degustation menu with a choice of dishes from starter to dessert, built around black and white truffles and premium produce from around the world. Dishes that recur in reviews include artisanal linguine with Spanish carabinero prawns, Brittany blue lobster and a hazelnut mille-feuille, and during the Alba season white truffle can be added to any course.
Guests reach Tuber through Cannubi, the group's more casual Italian wine bar next door, which makes it easy to start with a glass before dinner. It is a place for a celebration or a serious truffle dinner; lunch is served at weekends only, and booking ahead is recommended.
