Pellegrini's opened in April 2026 on the first floor of Plaza Indonesia, by the north lobby. It is run by Artisan Kuliner Group, the company behind Jullien at Pacific Place. The name means pilgrims or travellers. Pastry counters sit at the front, like a pasticceria, with a quieter dining room behind. A vertical Victoria Arduino espresso machine stands at the centre.
In the morning, order a coffee with cannoli, sfogliatelle or maritozzi. The Crema di Caffè is a coffee slushie for hot days. Later on, the menu moves to antipasti such as burrata, salmon carpaccio and whipped ricotta with honey, then pastas including baked mezze alla vodka with burrata, truffle mafaldine with smoked duck, and ravioli with butter and sage. The pistachio and olive oil semifreddo is the dessert to try.
It opens at 8am every day, so it works for breakfast meetings and shopping breaks as well as an easy dinner. No other branches had been announced at the time of writing.
