Holland Bar L'Operetta is the Holland Village outpost of L'Opera Group, which also runs Corner Bar L'Operetta on Boon Tat Street. It opened in 2023 on Lorong Mambong's bar strip and is set up as a casual place to drink and eat, with outdoor tables facing the street.
Pizza is the focus: the kitchen works to Vera Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) rules, with a wood-fired oven turning out soft, blistered bases. Try the Tartufo with truffle and mushroom, the Prosciutto e Rucola white pizza or a classic Margherita. Beef ragù lasagne, gnocchi, seafood pasta and a burrata salad cover the rest, and the bar mixes its own cocktails alongside a long list of spirits.
Best for a relaxed dinner or drinks with friends. It is dinner-only on Mondays and Tuesdays, serves lunch from Wednesday and runs all day from Friday to Sunday. It does not take same-day bookings online, so call ahead.
