Casa Latteria opened in 2012 as Latteria Mozzarella Bar and took its new name in May 2026, when a hand-built Italian stone oven was added for Neapolitan pizza. It occupies a historic shophouse on Duxton Hill, with a long indoor dining room and one of the area's largest al fresco terraces, surrounded by greenery.
Cheese is still the main draw. Mozzarella and burrata are flown in from Italy twice a week, and you can have them as a caprese, smoked burratina, truffle burratina or a 250g Puglian burrata. Pastas and gnocchi are made daily with Italian flour and semolina, and gluten-free pasta is available on request. Pizzas range from margherita bufala to a Latteria pizza with mortadella, stracciatella and caponata.
The terrace makes it a good choice for long lunches, aperitivo-hour spritzes and private events. Closed on Mondays, and lunch runs until 5pm on Saturdays. Its sister restaurant Thirty9 is a few doors along.
