The Condurro family's pizzeria has been trading in Naples since 1870. Its first Asia-Pacific outpost opened in 2024 on the ground floor of the Mercure ICON hotel at 8 Club Street. The room is dark and modern, with a domed wood-fired oven brought over from Italy and pizzaioli working in full view. Flour, fior di latte and olive oil are sourced from Campania, and the restaurant is listed in the 2026 Michelin Guide Singapore.
Every pizza comes in a single large size. Try the margherita or marinara first to judge the dough, then the friarielli e salsiccia, the cetara with anchovies or the burrata e capocollo. Outside the pizza list there are polpette della nonna, burrata alla puttanesca, fritto di mare and orecchiette with sausage, with cannoli for dessert.
It works for casual dinners and for groups who want to share several pizzas. It is open daily for lunch and dinner, with last orders at 2:30pm and 9:30pm, and takeaway and delivery are also available. Book on SevenRooms; parking is at the hotel.
