Embassy Room La Marina

Embassy Room La Marina is the Italian restaurant of Park Hyatt Bangkok, set on the ninth floor of the Central Embassy tower with an open kitchen, private alcoves and a terrace overlooking the hotel's sky garden. Since late 2025 the kitchen has been led by chef de cuisine Alessio Banchero, a native of Genoa with more than 20 years' experience, and in 2026 the restaurant received Two Forks from the Italian guide Gambero Rosso.

The menu leans towards Italy's coasts. Start at the crudo bar with red prawns or bluefin tuna tartare, then try the chargrilled octopus glazed with 'nduja, Maine lobster ravioli with cuttlefish ink, linguine with lobster or a seafood risotto. The catch of the day can be baked or cooked in a salt crust, and the house La Marina pizza is a popular order.

A rotating weekday set lunch makes it a good option for a business meal, while dinner suits a polished evening out. There is also an Italian brunch on Sundays.
