Prego sits right on Chaweng Beach within Amari Koh Samui, and has a rustic trattoria feel with a buzzy terrace. Chef Marco Boscaini's kitchen turns out wood-fired pizzas, homemade pasta and seafood, and the pizza regularly gets named among the best on the island.
Try the saffron pappardelle with lamb ragù and porcini, the ossobuco alla Milanese or a mountain-style risotto, and finish with tiramisu. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available, and there are dishes for children too.
