Al Dente Cucina Italiana & Lounge

Al Dente is the Italian restaurant and lounge at Ramayana Suites & Resort, with its own entrance on Jalan Kartika Plaza in Kuta. It's a relaxed, modern space with an open kitchen where chefs make fresh pasta in view. A strolling acoustic trio takes requests in the evening, and the back patio is candlelit at night.

The house set piece is pasta tossed tableside in a wheel of cheese. Beyond that, diners recommend the lobster linguine, tagliatelle with grilled ribeye and creamy morel sauce, pollo e funghi and the crisp herb-and-mustard porchetta with potato purée. There are pizzas too, and an ocean grill platter for sharing.
