Da Maria opened in 2016 as one of the first places in Bali to serve proper Neapolitan-style pizza, and its courtyard, designed by Roman architects Lazzarini Pickering in a 1960s Amalfi style, has made it one of Seminyak's best-known evening spots. In 2026 it entered a new chapter under executive chef Lorenzo De Petris, with a sharper menu that leans on local produce and Mediterranean technique.
All pasta is made in house: try the tonnarelli with lemon butter, prawns and bottarga, or ziti with angus bolognese and bone marrow. Pizza dough uses local flour and Neapolitan method, from a plain margherita to one with jamón serrano and fior di latte. Smaller plates include burrata with wood-roasted tomatoes, cold-smoked sardines and tomato supplì, and the tiramisù is finished at the table.
It suits date nights, birthdays and groups, with a strong cocktail bar and a six-course sharing menu for three or more. Open daily from 5pm until late; book online or by WhatsApp.
