About
MAURI is one of Bali's most respected Italian kitchens, led by Maurizio Bombini, who brings the honest, produce-led cooking of Puglia to Jalan Petitenget. Dishes look contemporary but taste rooted in Southern Italy, with fresh local produce, some of it from the restaurant's own rooftop garden.
Dinner can be taken à la carte or as a structured tasting menu with optional wine pairing. The tiramisu is the house signature, and the five-seat chef's table is the best seat for watching the kitchen at work.
It is a natural choice for a special-occasion dinner or a polished Sunday brunch, and the dining room is small enough to feel intimate.
