Zia Tina

Zia Tina is a Southern Italian eatery inside KLEO Seminyak, part of JdV by Hyatt, on Jalan Petitenget. Founded by chef-restaurateur Maurizio Bombini, it takes its cue from the home cooking of Puglia and the idea of a loud, generous aunt who never lets anyone leave hungry. The room is rustic and warm, with an aperitivo bar, Il Nipote, alongside.

Start with antipasti such as burrata with tomatoes, polpo alla Luciana or arancini. The pasta is handmade: pappardelle with beef ragù, tagliolini with jumbo prawn and a baked pasta al forno are good picks. Pizzas are thin-crust and built for sharing, including the house Zia Tina with burrata and Parma ham and a mortadella, burrata and pistachio version. Grilled lamb and octopus feature among the mains, and dessert runs to tiramisu, panna cotta and house gelato.

Open daily from 7am to 11pm, it works for families (dogs are welcome too) and for casual dinners. Happy hour runs 4pm to 6pm, and cooking classes are offered. Book via Chope or WhatsApp.
