ROSA Osteria Enoteca

ROSA is a TAN Group osteria and wine bar on Jalan Senopati, opened in mid-2025. Its theme is the Italian mother who keeps feeding you. The room has tall wine racks, stained glass, wood panelling and low, warm lighting. Its sister bar, Rosi, is on the floor below, and the two are run as one evening out.

The pasta is made in the open kitchen with imported ingredients. Tagliatelle al tartufo and cacio e pepe are the main draws, and the carbonara and mushroom ravioli are popular too. Start with calamari fritti and a Margherita DOP or a mushroom pizza. For something more substantial, there is wagyu rump with truffle butter. To finish, the tiramisu is put together at the table, or there is panna cotta.

ROSA describes itself as completely pork-free, which makes it an easy pick for mixed groups. It suits dates, anniversaries and business lunches. It is open from 11am to midnight daily.
