Senopati, SCBD and the leafy streets of Kebayoran Baru form the busiest Italian dining patch in Jakarta. On Senopati, ROSA pairs fresh pasta with a wine wall and a pork-free menu, Mallo rolls pasta in an open kitchen, Sicile mixes dry-aged steaks with pizza, and Nonna Bona does Tuscan-style bistecca. For something calmer, Patio on Jalan Wijaya hides a garden and a pizza oven behind stone walls, and Osteria Gia and Mozzeria Café keep things easy at Pacific Place and SCBD Park.

This is the area for after-work drinks, dates and celebrations. Most places stay open until 10pm or later, weekends get busy, and traffic around SCBD is heavy at rush hour, so book ahead and allow time to get there.
