Osteria Mozza is the Singapore branch of Nancy Silverton's Los Angeles restaurant and the brand's only outpost in Asia. After closing at Hilton Singapore Orchard at the end of July 2026, it reopened in late August on level 3 of ION Orchard, in a larger room of dark timber, leather banquettes and low lighting. It is run by OUE Restaurants.
Mozzarella is the thread through the menu: order the buffalo mozzarella with seasonal condimenti or the burrata. Nancy's Chopped Salad and the Caesar are long-standing favourites, and the squid ink casarecce is a strong pasta pick. The pizzas, including the Meat Lover and a newer Roman-style pizza alla pala, work well for sharing, and the Milanese-style pork chop is a reliable main.
Best for a date, a birthday dinner or a business lunch on Orchard Road; the lunch menu is shorter and lighter than dinner. The wine list runs to about 280 Italian labels. Open daily from 11.30am to 10pm, with last orders at 9pm, and smart-casual dress applies.
