Empire Grill is the main restaurant at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, the all-villa resort on Bukit Manis Road. The menu is modern Italian with a Tuscan core, and the kitchen cooks meat and seafood over wood fire. You can sit in the dining room or out by the main pool, and there are two private rooms, the Chef's Table and the Palm Room.
Many dishes are prepared or finished at the table. Lobster linguine and campanelle are among the pastas, and the grill handles steaks and whole fish. The five-course Empire Grill Journey (S$198++ at last report) runs from tuna with caviar and Hokkaido abalone to spaghettini with anchovies, full-blood wagyu and the house tiramisu. Wines by the glass include pours from magnums.
Suited to special occasions and resort guests. It also serves breakfast, and all-day dining runs from 12:30pm to 10pm, with a Raffles brunch on some Sundays. Book ahead for lunch and dinner.
