Italian Eat Where

Sentosa

Sentosa's Italian restaurants are built for long, relaxed meals by the sea, from a Michelin-listed resort dining room to beachfront pizza and a marina-side trattoria. They are a good excuse to spend a full day on the island.

Fiamma at Capella Singapore, a Michelin Guide restaurant created with chef Mauro Colagreco, serves refined Italian cooking in one of the island's grandest resorts. Empire Grill cooks Tuscan-style dishes over wood fire at Raffles Sentosa. For a casual meal, Trapizza sits right on Siloso Beach with pizza and pasta for families, and SolePomodoro at Quayside Isle in Sentosa Cove serves wood-fired pizza and trattoria favourites overlooking the yachts.

Getting to and from Sentosa takes time, so allow for the drive or the Sentosa Express. Weekend lunches are the busiest time at the beachfront and marina restaurants.
