Trapizza sits right on Siloso Beach, a five-minute walk from Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, which runs it. The large, open dining area looks out to the sand and sea, and it is set up for beach-goers and resort guests, with takeaway for those who would rather eat on the beach.
The kitchen is known for thin-crust pizzas and Roman-style pinsa: try the Pizza Siciliana or the Pinsa Napoli. The signature pasta is Linguine Trapizza with mixed seafood in a lobster sauce. Sharing boards of San Daniele ham, mortadella and cheeses, burrata, the Siloso prawn salad and calamari fritti suit groups, and there are reworked classic cocktails.
A practical lunch or early dinner stop on a Sentosa beach day, especially with children, thanks to a dedicated kids' menu with build-your-own bentos. Payment is cashless only. It closes at 9pm from Monday to Thursday.
